Board Policies
In accordance with Board Rule 1(j), the Board has adopted policies governing the conduct of its business and performance of its duties. Among the subjects addressed in Board Policies are administrative matters, issues regarding confidentiality and communications, investigations of judges, and criteria for deciding outcomes of cases. Also included in the Policies is a Code of Ethics for Board members.
