"Judicial Conduct Reporter" now Available without Charge
The Judicial Conduct Reporter is a periodic national summary of cases, opinions, and developments concerning judicial ethics. It was formerly available only as a paid subscription.
Current and past issues are now available without charge. Go to www.ncsc.org/cje and click on the link to the Judicial Conduct Reporter on the right side of the webpage.
The Judicial Conduct Reporter is published by the Center for Judicial Ethics, which until recently was affiliated with the American Judicature Society. Following the dissolution of AJS, the Center became part of the National Center for State Courts which allows free access to the Judicial Conduct Reporter and other helpful AJS publications such as An Ethics Guide for Judges and Their Families (available at:
